Two suspected militants arrested

The suspects were detained on charges of participating in Swat insurgency

MINGORA: The Counterterrorism department (CTD) arrested three people, including two suspected militants, during a raid in Chuprial, Matta tehsil of Swat on Sunday.

According to a department official, Saadullah Khan from Aghal, and Hazrat Jamal from Mashkomai were detained on charges of participating in the Swat insurgency. The third detainee, Sher Rehman, a resident of Shangwatai, was wanted by Rahimabad police in a theft case.
