Confiz Limited and Mantaq Systems announced that their board of directors have approved a definitive agreement over a strategic merger between the two organisations. On this occasion, Confiz CEO Raza Saeed said, “With this merger, we are well on our way to become a $10-million company by 2017.” Saeed added Mantaq has a strongly differentiated value proposition as a specialised provider of ERP implementation and consulting services in the retail market, which will help us open new avenues. Mantaq Systems CEO Hashim Ali said, “By joining hands together, we now have a stronger management team as well as access to one of the finest engineering teams at our hands.
