The all parties’ conference also took serious notice of the killing of two Rangers troops in the December 31, 2014 firing by Indian troops along the Sialkot working boundary. “This cowardly and unethical act of the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) is in complete violation of internationally recognised professional military norms and spirit of agreed border coordination mechanisms. This APC strongly condemns the illegal and unconscionable act of the Indian BSF and demands that government of India explain the reasons for this barbaric and deceitful act.
