Battle for glory: Cricket tourney commences

MOHMAND AGENCY: Agency sports manager Sayed Akhtar Khan inaugurated the youth cricket tournament at Shagai cricket ground, Mohmand Agency on Thursday. The event is being organised by the Society for Human and Institutional Development (SHID) and the Citizen’s Voice Project (CVP). Eight teams from the agency are participating in the tournament. The event is part of efforts to raise awareness about issues involving the youth of Fata, active societal participation and policy advocacy. Khan hailed the efforts of the organisers and ensured full support of the administration.
