President Mamnoon Hussain, while addressing at the eighth convocation of Bolan Medical College (BMC) at Governor House on Friday, urged the graduates to serve their native towns. He said the mother and child mortality rate is highest in Balochistan as compared to other provinces. The reason behind the sad state was that the doctors were unwilling to work in rural areas.
