KARACHI: Six people were killed and 20 others sustained injuries in three separate road accidents in different parts of Pakistan, Radio Pakistan reported on Friday.

In Abbottabad, a bus plunged into a deep ravine killing four people and injuring five others. The injured were shifted to a hospital in Havelian.

In Jaranwala Tehsil of Faisalabad, two motorists were killed in an accident caused by dense fog.

Fifteen people were also wounded in Balochistan's coastal village Gadani when a passenger coach overturned.

Pakistan has an appalling record of fatal traffic accidents due to poor roads, badly maintained vehicles and reckless driving.
