PESHAWAR: The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa will hold a conference to highlight the positive image of seminaries internationally. This announcement was made by the JUIF provincial chief Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan on Thursday following a meeting of the party’s general council. Naseeb condemned the terrorist attack on Army Public School. However, he said that following the attack an undue backlash was seen against mosques and seminaries and the students and teachers of religious institutions. Naseeb said that no matter which attire terrorists were wearing, action should be taken against them. He said that to thwart negative impression of religious seminaries JUI-F will hold a ‘World Peace and Religious Seminaries’ conference at Peshawar on January 15.
