A local commission comprising retired additional district and sessions judge Ghulam Hussain Awan conducted the inspection at Nadar Haal of District Coordination Officer at district courts.
The representatives of both Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) were present on the occasion.
Some votes were rejected as there were no stamps over the ballot papers or had two stamps. It was also found that form 14 and 15 were missing from more than 20 polling stations while polling bags of two polling stations, 43 and 58, were found missing. Some of the bags were also found unsealed.
Votes rejected by the Returning Officer were also not found on the polling record by the commission during the inspection.
On December 8 the election tribunal allowed the petition of PTI chief Imran Khan and constituted a commission to probe into the alleged rigging in NA-122, the constituency from where National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq was elected.

When the rejected votes are considered, the lead of Ayaz Sadiq increases with a bigger margin. The loser- Imran Khan has been wasting the time of this nation. Imran Khan could be a good batsman but it is proven that he completely lacks sportsman spirit!
Anyone who still doesnt believe PMLN rigged the elections is either brainwashed or has no brain in the first place
@Ranjha your logic is absurd to say the least! Here is what is happening, Imran claimed MASSIVE ORGANIZED RIGGING! Where are the proofs of this? Where is proof that Gen Kayani or CJ Chaudhry organized rigging to get Ayaz Sadiq or PMLN in during this recount? Please help me understand how organized rigging happened with Ayaz Said lead is now increased by 85. Some times its Ok to use logic. What we are finding out is that there are irregularities in Pakistan elections that needs to be fixed. What we are NOT FINDING is if there was Organized rigging. These issues must be fixed but this is no Rigging and certainly not organized. Get a Grip PTI folks, No PMLN wont leave and probably will win again in 2018.
@Faraz: Missing of form 14 and 15 is minor... I simply say WOW and surprised on your information regarding form 14 and 15. Brother u really need to know what is form 14 and form 15, These forms are THE official result announcements and according to law missing of these forms makes the result announcement still due and if the result is not officially announced yet how one can be an MNA. If these forms are missing from 18 percent of the polling station (50% polling stations still to be scrutinized) than how one can decide who is the winner. Other than this polling bags are missing in 2 polling stations and other irregularities plus fake votes, plus double stamps, plus no verification of votes,,, is there anything more needed to prove it as rigged.
@Faraz: Either you say the elections were fair or rigged. It cant be both. Though one could argue over extent of rigging.
My personal opinion is that NS would have won the elections, but not with majority. PTI would have won second highest number of seats and IK would have become opposition number. In such a case, however, NS would not have been able to carry out his agenda. Hence, the rigging. The reason IK is focusing on Punjab is because it has most NA seats.
The real problem for PML-N though is even if rigging is established in 2 constituencies, such as AS and Sad Rafique's, whatever little moral authority this government has, would be severely undermined. Imagine speaker of the house winning due to rigging. Not a pleasant scenario.
@Mudassar Ijaz: I just one to see the role of GEo, Iftikhar Chaudhry,Ramday, Kayani, Printing Corp, whose credibility were questioned by IK. I never said there was no rigging but I must say that 2013 elections were fair in the entire history of Pakistan. The question is minor level rigging like form 14, 15 could convert the winning into a loosing one. My friend just check the results of 2013. More than out of 272 NA seats 95 seats PTI property was forfeited. IK was no where near the victory. Rigging of this nature could manipulate 4000 to 8000 votes but couldn't convert the one whose property was forfeited into a victory candidate. Yes the rigging which was a big rigging occurred in khi but IK didn't raise his voice bcoz of MQM.

haha excellent analysis sir! bravo. So you will need those ballot papers to speak out and confessing that there was some rigging happened with them? So you mean 20% validation data is missing further 2% ballot paper are missing and SOME bags unsealed has nothing to do with rigging, 25 to 30% invalid vote don't matter where the margin of win is usually 5 to 10%. I guess I need to do my math subjects again I m lost here!!
After hiding behind the stay for so long and having the power in hand there are strong chances also that AS can fix his wrongdoing, if possible Nadra should also check the finger prints which will clear the picture in more detail.
Also people who are still blaming IK who asked to probe the election using his personal and constitutional right should also be punished. We Pakistani's not only support IK because of his fame, we support the truth, honesty and dignity which is inside IK's personality. if you do not like IK its your choice but disliking someone does not give any one any right to abuse him!!!!!!
We will support Imran Khan even if these 2013 elections came out clean because he is only one who can unite the people of Pakistan and we still believe in him.
There must be a procedure to punish fake complainant like IK.
Election rigging is the worst form of terrorism as it leads to all other problems in the country and army courts should look at election rigging complaints also.
Rigged election? Yes. Ayaz Sadiq couldn't possibly have defeated IK in a fair election after the popularity wave PTI was riding in Lahore 2013, despite AS being previously elected from the same area. However, the very fact the votes are being scrutinised means the scrutiny process has been fixed in some way and no harm will be done to PMLN or AS. We are an unfortunate lot and don't deserve honest people like IK.
Once all counting is over the percentage of the discrepancies must be ascertained to get an idea of how extensive the rigging was....because this report just shows that rigging did take place.
117 out of 284 polling station haven't found any rigging which claimed by IK. Missing of form in only 20 polling station didn't mention a planned rigging. It was a minor irregularity which couldn't convert the winning candidate into a loosing candidate. Just want to see the role of GEO, CJ, Ramday, Kayani, and printing corporation and others which were mentioned by IK. These allegations currently no where visible
