The annual general elections of the Faisalabad District Bar Association (DBA) for the next year will be held on January 10.
According to DBA president Chaudhry Tanvirur Rehman Randhawa, the process of receiving nomination papers for various positions including president, vice president, general secretary and several other offices of the bar association would continue until December 24.
“Scrutiny of the nomination papers will be held on December 26 and the candidates can withdraw their papers by December 27,” the DBA president told journalists on Tuesday.
The final list of the contesting candidates will be displayed on December 29, he added.
