Police's Counter Terrorism Department Peshawar in its initial investigation report reveals that the attack had been planned during a meeting of the TTP central leadership, headed by TTP chief Mullah Fazlullah along with militants from Bajaur, Mohmand, and Orakzai agencies of FATA in the first week of December.
According to the document, seven suicide bombers were trained for this purpose at Sheen Drang Markaz in Bara, Khyber Agency.
The investigation report identified the seven suicide bombers as Abuzar, Umar, Imran, Yousaf, Uzair, Qari and Chamnay.
Further investigations of the incident are underway.

Impossible. Such a planning can be planned and executed only by non-state hands ie Mossad or Raw.
@Saleem: Surely, they have a complete inventory list of all the strategic assets along with mugshots, cell phone numbers, addresses along with other pertinent personal information, including those boys who ferry chai. You just can't run a training camp anywhere without the authorities knowing about it. Imagine what it takes to run a camp? Supplies of food, grocery, clothes, beds, pillows, sheets, fuel, arms and ammunition, transport... Local people will always notice lots of newcomers coming to gone area. Military training is noisy. On top of it, they would have infiltrated all these groups with informers.
if they were trained in bara agency,they why COAS run to kabul the next day incident happen? just to divert the world attention that Afghanistan is involved? impressive, time to question the army and agency now.
It means every plan of the terrorists was in the knowledge of the agencies even they know the names of the terrorists who committed this barbric act and how is it that they failed foil it and save the lives of innocent childern.
So they deliberately allowed this to happen inspite of knowing the entire plan?
Amazing! How come after the facts things becomes crystal clear that how, what, when all this was planned by whom and where. And let's suppose they knew everything then it beg a bigger question is why did they not stop this carnage from happening?
Aren't these the same agencies which didn't know that whereabouts of Osaama when he lived not even a mile from Kakul academy? I wonder how much truth is all this that these agencies are putting out.
