KABUL: A US drone strike on Wednesday killed at least four Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) militants in eastern Afghanistan, Express News reported.

Seven other insurgents were also killed, an Afghan district official said, according to Reuters.

Mahlem Mashuq, the governor of Sherzad district in Nangarhar province, said the drone's missiles hit a pickup truck killing all 11 occupants on Tuesday afternoon, as members of the TTP were staging a siege on a school in Peshawar near the Afghan border.

@Observer: It is a US drone that killed Baitullah. When a US drone killed Hakeemullah, it was Ch. Nissar and Imran Khan who were furious. The head of JI called Hakeemullah a shahid.

After years of requesting Pakistan not to ive safe haven to Haqqanis and Quetta Shura who were killing US soldiers, IS is naturally not very inclined to o after Fazlullah at Pakistan's request. How does it feel when you get a taste of your own medicine and another country shelters someone that is killing innocent civilians in your country?

Incidentally unlike Dawood who is protected by ISI, no one has said that Afghan inellgence agency is protecting Fazlullah
