LAHORE: The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry training programme “Certificate in Export Management” has started today. The basic objective of this initiative is to equip young entrepreneurs and potential export managers with exporting skills. The programme has been designed to make participants capable of independently starting their own export businesses and ultimately play a significant role in enhancing the country’s exports to minimise trade deficit. Skilled trainers well versed in their subjects with vast practical knowledge would conduct the programme. The participants would be awarded certificate of participation and the chamber is optimistic that it would be welcomed by employers while appointing export managers in their companies.
