Kidnapped and murdered: Body of former levies man found

PARACHINAR: A former levies head constable was kidnapped and killed in Kurram Agency. An official of the political administration said Jamal Hussain, a member of the Turi tribe, was kidnapped on Friday from Tangay area of Lower Orakzai Agency. He added his body was found on Saturday. It is said Hussain retired from the levies force only days ago. Another Turi tribesman, Jabar Hussain, was kidnapped and later killed in the area, also some days ago. Two taxi drivers were earlier abducted by unidentified men and are currently being held for a ransom of Rs2 million each.
