A man was found strangulated to death under unexplained circumstances in Rawat, said a media report on Tuesday.
Unidentified persons killed Shahbaz Ahmed at his house in Phase-VIII said Inspector Asif, adding the motive is yet to be ascertained.
A resident told police of the body’s presence who then shifted it to a hospital for legal formalities.
