Lda City: Office set up for improving operations

LAHORE: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) officials said on Saturday that the authority had established a separate office at its headquarters in Johar Town to expedite the disposal of matters regarding LDA City, the largest housing scheme of Pakistan. The authority has also set up an office in Thay Panju village to facilitate the quick acquisition of land and construction work on a road linking the scheme with the Ferozepur Road has commenced. The authority has also started issuing exemption letters to plot owners.
