Coveted Portfolio: Yaseen appointed PDO chairman

MUZAFFARABAD: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Senior Minister Chaudhry Muhammad Yaseen has been appointed chairman of Power Development Organisation (PDO) through an ordinance. As PDO chairman, Yaseen will enjoy status of a minister. Finance and PDO secretaries will be members of the organisation, apart from one member from the private sector. PDO also deals with private companies and foreign banks in hydel power generation.
