QUETTA: Educated Balochistan is the vision of the present government and a dream every enlightened person of the person cherishes, Chief Minister Abdul Malik Baloch said at the convocation of the Balochistan University of Information Technology and Management Sciences (BUTMZ). Chancellor of the University Governor Balochistan Mohammad Khan Achakzai distributed medals among 29 students.
