Board of Revenue Senior Member Nadeem Ashraf chaired a meeting convened on Wednesday to review progress on the computerisation of land records province-wide.
He said efforts had been hastened in this regard. Ashraf said the computerisation of records had been completed in Hafizabad, Lodhran and Kasur. He took notice of laxity regarding the initiative in Gujrat, Multan and Rawalpindi. He said 99 per cent of the process had been completed in Muzaffargarh and Okara, 98 per cent in Sheikhupura and Layyah, 97 per cent in Jhang, 96 per cent in Toba Tek Singh and Attock, 95 per cent in Rahim Yar Khan, 96 per cent in Bahawalpur and Sargodha, 93 per cent in Narowal, 92 per cent in Lahore, 91 per cent in Chakwal and Jhelum, 90 per cent in Mandi Bahauddin, 89 per cent in Gujranwala and 86 per cent in Sialkot.
