Stabbed And Frozen: Brothers booked for killing aunt, uncle

KARACHI: Police have booked two brothers for allegedly killing their maternal uncle and aunt in Shah Faisal Colony. Jahanzaib and Aurangzeb were accused of stabbing Syed Badar Hussain, 45, and his wife Razia Begum, 38, whose bodies were found inside a deep freezer in their house in Bagh-e-Malir on Friday night. The bodies were two to three days old. Initial investigation suggested that the victims’ relatives were behind the murders and the police registered a FIR against the accused on the complaint of Hussain’s brother Asad. They carried out a raid at the suspects’ residence in Madina Colony, but were unable to find them. Further investigation is under way.
