Training of paralegal staff in the judiciary is vital for effective justice delivery. This was stated by Supreme Court of Pakistan Registrar Tahir Shahbaz while speaking at a course for budget and account examiners at the Federal Judicial Academy on Saturday. He said the personnel employed within the judicial system must maintain a high level of competence to assist judges. Finance officials from courts of the four provinces, AJK and G-B are attending the one-week course. “Judicial education is a primary means of advancing judicial competency and building public trust and confidence in the judiciary,” he said. He added the training would provide the participants knowledge of best practices in the world relating to court finance managers and other staff.
