Road accident: One dead, eight injured

Police say speeding passenger bus hit van from rear on Chakwal-Sohawa Road

CHAKWAL: A boy was killed and eight other children were seriously injured when a school van met an accident on Chakwal-Sohawa Road on Friday.

According to police, a speeding passenger bus hit the van from rear. A child died on the spot and eight others suffered serious injuries. The victims were taken to Chakwal District Headquarters Hospital. Police have registered a case against the bus driver.
