Mr. Thebo and others should understand that inconveniencing the general public is not a good strategy to combat terrorism. A better strategy would be to have qualified and experienced people in charge of intelligence operations and try to prevent these attacks. They are apparently starting in small so called masjids which are built on land that was never officially allotted to any organization/person for the purpose of a Masjid or a madressa.

Work with the Ulama of the city and have them declare by a FATWA that one cannot pray on Ghazabi land and any one who uses land not his own property is stealing the land from the State or some one else, hence Salat cannot be conducted without the permission of the owner. This alone would probably help rein in illegal and terroristic activities. Second one is the total commitment by the political parties of not having militant wings. Mr. Thebo is aware of the fact that each political party have Gullu Butt and they support Gullu Butts in their midst.

Now Mr Thebo or someone else has what it takes to implement these or just follow the oral traditions and wait for their turn to be a martyr.

Do US, UK, Japanese, German, Iranian, Malaysian, Chinese, etc. police forces ever get demoralized? Only underpaid, under-trained, ill equipped, and illiterate police get demoralized. Salams
