RAWALPINDI: The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) on Thursday launched an interactive classroom technology pilot project in three partner schools in the city. PEF has provided free computerised electronic boards and multimedia projectors to schools to teach students through IT-based equipment, said PEF Regional Director (North) Syed Naveed Abbas. He expressed these views while chairing a meeting of subject specialists here at his office. Ababs said the introduction of modern classroom technology was part of PEF’s commitment to arrange the best possible education for the country’s youth. He said sixth to eighth grade teachers of English, Math and Science will be given necessary training by PEF to operate the interactive technology in classrooms.
