PESHAWAR: Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi are behind the killing of Shias in Peshawar, said a Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) official. However, he denied the involvement of the outfit Islamic State (IS).  The CTD official on condition of anonymity told The Express Tribune, “The targets are middle-class families.” He added all cases were investigated but not a single militant has been arrested so far.
