PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakthunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti, said that routes of terrorist networks have been cut off in the province and militants will be defeated. Talking in Mardan Eidul Azha, the Hoti said that due to the peoples’ cooperation and the unmatched sacrifices by security forces, routes of the terrorists’ network were cut off in the wake of the government’s policies and that terrorists had been fully exposed in front of the public.

“Terrorists are enemies of Islam and Pakistan and will be defeated at all costs,” he remarked. The Chief Minister said ANP has fulfilled most of the promises made to the public and now attention is being given to the socio-economic development and rehabilitation of flood victims.

“The distribution of Watan Card’s is very transparent and no irregularity will be tolerated,” he remarked. He said it was an ambitious programme to rebuild the lives of the flood victims, but one that the government was willing to see through.

He said the government has diverted funds from other programmes to help the affected people and will continue to provide relief till rehabilitation programmes are fully complete.
