LAHORE: All Pakistan Textile Mills Association Chairman SM Tanveer is heading to Islamabad to meet Federal Minister for Textile Industry Abbas Khan Afridi and other concerned officials today, according to a press release. Tanveer said the looming threat of gas disconnection during winter has brought the Punjab-based textile industry to a grinding halt and will be worse in case the government fails to correct the situation.
