Justice done: 13 men sent to prison
Khambra police registered an FIR against 45 persons, out of whom 13 appeared in court and were bailed out

The Ghotki district and sessions court on Monday sentenced 13 persons to two-year imprisonment for their involvement in attacking a police team and freeing a wanted criminal. A large number of the Khambra police raided a katcha area and arrested criminal Ali Gul Kosh, 10 months ago. While the team was returning to the police station, a group of armed men intercepted them and managed to free Kosh, who is still evading arrest. The Khambra police registered an FIR of the incident against 45 persons, out of whom 13 appeared in court and were bailed out. On Monday, the Mirpur Mathelo third additional sessions judge announced the verdict of the case and sentenced all 13 men to two years in jail.
