Dance has never been Devgn’s forte but choreographer-director Prabhudheva ensured that he gave the actor easy and comfortable steps in the film. Devgn wasn’t as uncomfortable since Prabhudheva especially created steps that suited the actor’s body language. “I followed Prabhu and did everything he told me to. The best thing is that he got me to do only those things that suit me,” Devgn said at a press conference. The choreographer-director was happy to see Devgn dance in the film. “He normally doesn’t dance. We have made him dance very stylishly. If you see, you’ll know,” Prabhudheva said.
While rocking the dance floor, Devgn is also seen doing a high-octane sword fight sequence in the film and the actor says it was after a strict fitness regime and practice that he was able to master the action. “There is a stylised sword fighting designed by Prabhudheva and after a lot of hard work, I was able to enact the action. However, it has come out very nicely,” the 45-year-old said.
Devgn even had to work on his physique to make it all possible. “The character (Ajay) goes through a change-over in the film. So, first he (Prabhudheva) asked me to put on weight and then I lost 17 kilos. It took me two months,” he said.
