ISLAMABAD: After Pakistan Awami Tehreek chief Dr Tahirul Qadri announced an end to his sit-in in Islamabad on Tuesday evening, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan reiterated his commitment to continue his protest till the prime minister resigns, Express News reported.

Addressing his supporters from his container in Islamabad, PTI chief said the ‘dharna’ will continue till the resignation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

He further urged the government to accept resignations of PTI lawmakers immediately, saying he does not accept this ‘fake parliament.’

Imran asks K-P MPAs to submit asset details

Imran Khan has directed the PTI additional secretary general Saifullah Niazi to ask all PTI Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa legislators, who have failed to declare their assets, to submitted details of their assets to Election Commission of Pakistan immediately.

By not declaring their assets, these legislators are breaching the PTI principled position on declaration of assets and this would not be tolerated, said PTI chief.

No matter what people say I will continue to stand against PML-N and PPP and other corrupt parties as I am answerable to God only.

I think we Pakistanis have completely forgotten how these political parties ruled in the past.

    Go Nawaz Go

Anti corruption agitation and sit- ins orchestrated by Qadri and Imran Khan with an aim to incite the emotional fervor in pak’s economically deprived population for unsettling Sharif government is being strategically planned by Musharaf. Musharf is targeting Sharif from all angles through encouraging agitation by Qadri/ Imran khan and inciting of kashmir issue so as to weaken Sharif to take revenge against Musharaf for his alleged involvement the killing of Benazir. Musharaf is very dangerous, ruthless and autocratic who had been responsible for the growth of taliban and terrorism in Pakistan and can harm the growth of pak economy for his selfish attempt to regain political power in pak. He is attempting to divert the attention of political parties ( PMIL, PPP and PTI etc) from rebuilding the economic growth to raising/inciting kashmir issue and corruption issues of PMIL govt in order to persist on blackmailing the pak people emotionally that would help divert the attention of the Sharif govt and people at large from mushraf’s gruesome autocratic action that killed Benazir. All political parties (PMIL PPP. ann PTI etc) should not become musharf’s nefarious game plan and rise above the present political chaos created by Musharaf rather help bring peace in pak so that pak economy could be developed through FDI and cross boarder trade. Imran keep it up, stay on container till 2018 no matter what the hard ships you have to face and make the record – after all there must be a difference between ordinary person (TUQ) and winning captan. By the way being an old retired captain you don’t have anything better to do except wasting the time of youth!!!

NS is not resigning as they want to delay the inevitable as much as they could for two reasons: One they want to loot pakistan as much as they could through commission from privatization of national institutions, and starting ill planned mega projects at high cost, such as metro. Secondly, they are waiting to elect more senators using this fake mandate. This way in next election no matter who win election (if it was free and fair) PMLN will still control senate.

As usual Imran has left the dharna and went back to sleep at his Bani Gala palace. Why don’t he transfer whole “Dharna Concert” to his bani gala estate? Atleast he won’t have to shuttle between dharna and Bani Gala every night..!

Those of you who support Nawaz and Zardari, why do you support them? Have they improved the country in their decades in office?

IK should follow the footsteps of his co-conspirator (TUQ) as early as possible. Now it is clear that his short cut of occupying PM house is not going to happen. Stop befooling naive & innocent people of Pakistan. IK is doing disservice to Pakistan by ruining the fragile economy of my beloved Pakistan..

I am always baffled to see the number of comments from people for the forces of status quo.

Haven’t we seen enough of Shareefs or Bhuttos or Zardaris?

Haven’t we seen enough of this vicious circle of them passing the baton to each other without any improvement for the common people. No transparency, endless corruption and loads of muk-mukka. I am disappointed today!

Ch saab, are you for real?

    stealing people’s mandate,
    Lying on the parliament floor,
    tear gasing and killing protesters,
murdering 14 people including pregnant women,

As a Pakistani, IK has every moral ground to ask for a resignation.

Imran Khan and Tahir-ul-Qadri both are doing this for national interest. Please don’t forget the sacrifices and achievements of Sir Tahir-ul-Qadri. He has also achieved his objective of Model Town. So Please don’t dare comparing each other. Go with honesty. And of course we all know the leadership of Imran khan, he has never compromised and so never will.
