“The morale of the team has been affected due to defeats against Australia in T20 and ODI series. But I hope shortcomings will be removed soon and the team will start performing well,” he said in an interview.
Shaharyar emphasised that Misbahul Haq was Pakistan’s ODI captain and he would continue leading the team until the World Cup.
“I want to make it clear that we have nominated Misbah as captain until the World Cup and there’s no change in it,” he said.

Does the team really say that they stand united behind their captain who prefers to sit out and not give his 110% to his team and country? Shaharyar is speaking for himself and simply is not sincere in taking his responsibility seriously.
Shaharyar's time is up...he needs to pack up and leave on his own before he too gets kicked out.
