Indigenous On-Campus Training: HEC workshop begins at SALU

SUKKUR: The sixth HEC Indigenous On-Campus Training Workshop on Strategic Management and Quality Assurance began at Shah Abdul Latif University (Salu), Khairpur, on Monday. It is being organised by the Professional Development Centre, Salu, in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad, for the non-academic staff of the university. Social sciences dean Prof Dr Mohammad Yousuf Khushk said that the officers were the facilitators of the university and there was a need to equip the staff with skills that would enrich their knowledge through the usage of modern trends and technologies. Human resource management focal person Prof Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah said the objective was to build the capacity of the staff.
