ISLAMABAD: Before departing for Faisalabad where he is due to address his supporters, Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri on Sunday said his “revolution march” is entering a decisive phase.

Addressing PAT workers in Islamabad, Qadri said his struggle to change the system is now heading towards its victory.

“Our struggle started with Model Town clashes, reached Islamabad on August 14 and has now completed 60 days,” he said, adding that PAT’s agenda is to change the system completely and that it will not rest until this goal is achieved.

Qadri said PAT sit-in in the federal capital has changed Pakistan forever as people have stood up for their rights.

“Today’s rally in Faisalabad will show that status quo can’t stay and corruption has to end," Qadri said.

He further assured his supporters he will fight till the end.

@ahmed: "....Funny thing is those very people who made fool of Qadri then (Chaudhries) are now his partners in crime. It’s amazing to see the blind support despite the lies he’s been telling and the false promises he’s making."

The Chaudhries have noticed the thinning crowds with every passing day at IK's rallies. It is but natural to distance themselves from Imran in a subtle manner. Sinking ship. The tightly packed crowd of power hungry politicians at the PTI's top, guarantees, that not many crumbs will fall from Imran's table in Chaudhri or Sheikh Rasheed's direction.

Question is if Quadri intends to participate in elections, won't he be forced to submit his Canadian passport and let go of the monthly welfare check.

Won't be a surprise if the hoity-toity crowd of IK's follower would start fighting pitched battles with the nihaari eating supporters of TUQ very soon.

Funny thing is those very people who made fool of Qadri then (Chaudhries) are now his partners in crime. It's amazing to see the blind support despite the lies he's been telling and the false promises he's making
