Tragic: Couple killed in bike-truck collision

Rescue 1122 says Zulqarnain, his pregnant wife were on their way to Civil Hospital

GUJRANWALA: A couple was killed after their motorbike collided with a truck on Friday. Rescue 1122 said Zulqarnain and his pregnant wife Amina Bibi, residents of Nowshera, were on their way to Civil Hospital when a truck coming from the opposite direction hit their motorbike at Alam Chowk. They said Zulqarnain died on the spot while Bibi was injured.  Recue 1122 took the woman to a hospital. They said she gave birth to a stillborn baby on the way. They said she died at the hospital later. The driver of the truck fled.
