Violent crime: Three killed in two incidents

Police said Majid Shah, a passenger, was injured in the attack and had been taken to a hospital.

FAISALABAD: Police said on Friday that a man had killed two of his brothers over a financial dispute in Tarkhani area. They said Ghulam Ghaus, a resident of Chak 138-GB, had a longstanding row with his brothers, Dilbar Khan and Zahid Mehmood. Police said he had shot them after a heated argument. They said Khan had died instantly while Mehmood had succumbed to his injuries at a hospital. Police have taken the bodies in custody. Separately, police said that unidentified assailants had killed a man in Khurarianwala area.  They said Naveed Ahmed, a rickshaw driver, was killed after some men had fired at his vehicle. Police said Majid Shah, a passenger, was injured in the attack and had been taken to a hospital.
