MULTAN: Veteran politician Javed hashmi has been given free sailing in NA-149 constituency after Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz filed no candidate in the constituency. Pakistan People Party has followed the same strategy filing the weakest political profile in the constituency, Javed siddiqi, who has never won a seat even at small legislative positions in his political career — and now he has been given ticket to compete Hashmi. Siddiqi told The Express Tribune that PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has issued him the ticket. He dispelled the idea that PPP wants the victory of Hashmi.
