Sustaining Human Progress: Discussion on development strategy

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) will launch its Global Human Development Report 2014 on September 17, said a press release.  The theme of this year’s human development report is “Sustaining Human Progress: Reducing Vulnerabilities and Building Resilience”. The report is instrumental in the context of Pakistan especially the importance for development strategy, particularly in FATA, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, which increases resilience of communities.  UNDP Pakistan Country Director Marc-André Franche and Head of DFID Richard Montgomery will discuss the report findings.
