Protective measures: CM visiting Larkana and Sukkur

KARACHI: Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah proceeded on a two-day emergency visit of Larkana and Sukkur divisions on Tuesday. He will inspect and review the flood protective measures that have been put in place by the irrigation department and local administration officials to deal with the expected flood and rains. He will be visiting various embankments of the Indus river, including the Ulrajagir, Qadirpur, KK and Tori embankments. During his visit, he will also inspect the Guddu and Sukkur barrages.
