To the gallows : Murder convict awarded death penalty

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge on Thursday awarded death penalty to a man convicted of murder. The judge awarded death sentence to Kashif Arshad who on January 21, had gunned down Muhammad Ashraf over a monetary issue, prosecution said. The judge awarded death penalty and Rs200,000 fine to the convict.
