LAHORE: Anti-Terrorism Court’s Judge Khalid Mehmood Ranjha on Thursday sought the case record of bail applications of three policemen accused of being involved in the June 17 Model Town violence. The court had previously sought the case record but the police had failed to produce it on Thursday. The bail applications had been moved by Inspector Amir Saleem and two other policemen.  Counsel for the accused said his clients were innocent. He said police had found no evidence of them firing at Pakistan Awami Tehreek activists. The court had earlier sent five policemen to prison on judicial remand.
