Pakistan will be facing a local team in Riffa in their first match, the home-town of the Pakistan’s national coach Mohamed Shamlan.
“The team is focused,” captain Kaleemullah told The Express Tribune, who will be resting in the first game. “We’ll win in Bahrain just like we won in India.”
Meanwhile, Pakistan Football Federation Secretary Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi said: “They’ve just played India and now they’ll be playing in Bahrain with competitive clubs. Hopefully they can play against Bahrain’s Olympic team too, as we need to train as much as we can for the Asian Games.”
