Law violation: PTI activist booked for inciting public using loud speaker

The station house officer said that a case had been registered against the culprit .

Police said on Friday that a case had been registered against a Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) activist for violating the Amplifier Act.


 The Nishatabad station house officer (SHO) told media persons on Friday that Muzammil Farooq, a resident of Chak 4-JB, had been inciting public to foment civil disobedience against the government on a loudspeaker. He said that several people had gathered in the area as a result and chanted slogans against the government.


The station house officer said that a case had been registered against the culprit and a police team had been constituted to arrest him.
