In the Sindhi category, Zaheer Ahmad Bhutto came in first place. Aijaz Hussain Maitlo came in second and Abdul Sattar Soomro came in third place.
In the Urdu category, Tayyab Tahir came in first place. Wafadar Mehdi came in second place while Mohammad Idrees secured third place. All three Urdu awardees were from the computer science department. A debate competition also took place in English, Sindhi and Urdu, on the topic ‘education is more powerful than skill.’ Pro-vice Chancellor Dr Abdullah Phulpoto led the session and the judges were Prof. Dr Mohammad Yousuf Khushk, Mohammad Hassan Shaikh and Prof. Dr Adal Soomro.
