Oman offer: Scholarships offered to Pakistanis

ISLAMABAD: The government of Oman has offered higher education scholarships to the Pakistani students for the 2014-15 session, said an official of the ministry of inter provincial coordination. He said the candidates may apply directly online on the following websites: www.heac.gov.om www.cbfs.edu.om  www.squ.edu.om www.omancollege.edu.om www.uob.edu.om/. The students will be given Omani Riyal 200 (equal to $518) per month for their expenses, accommodation, transport and food, he said. Students will also get a return ticket once in a year and free medical treatment at Oman’s government hospitals.
