Technical skills: Australia-returned scholars appreciated

The achievements of graduates of an intensive course, under the scholarship programme of Australia Awards on irrigation and water management at The University of Western Australia were commended by the head of aid at the Australian High Commission, Peter Coventry, on Friday.
