Various charges: Five suspects held

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi police on Sunday arrested five suspects and seized 14 bottles of liquor, two illegal pistols and counterfeit cash from their possession. According to a police spokesman, Cantt Police netted Nasir for carrying four bottles of liquor, while Gujar Khan Police nabbed Rizwan with 10 liquor bottles. Similarly, Wah Cantt Police arrested Asim with a 30-bore pistol and three rounds. Gujar Khan Police also held Khurram after recovering a 30-bore pistol and three rounds from him. Pirwadhai Police arrested Saeed Awan for possessing five fake currency notes of Rs1,000 each.
