WAH: A man allegedly shot his wife dead over a domestic dispute in Model Town in Wah Saddar, said a media report on Friday. The alleged killer, identified as Faizan Ashfaq, fled after killing his wife. After the incident, a police party reached the house and shifted the body to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Taxila. It was later handed over to her family. According to preliminary investigation, Ashfaq had married a woman from the same locality some seven months back. After four months of marriage, the couple developed differences over domestic issues. On Friday, they quarrelled again and during their fight, Ashfaq allegedly pulled out a pistol and shot his wife dead. The police registered a case against the suspect and are looking for his arrest.
