Saudi Arabia visit: Prince Muqrin calls on PM Nawaz

Premier Nawaz and Prince Muqrin discuss bilateral and regional issues.

JEDDAH: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif during his private visit to Saudi Arabia met with Deputy Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz al Saud, second deputy premier, advisor and special envoy of the custodian of the two Holy Mosques late Tuesday night. Premier Nawaz and Prince Muqrin discussed bilateral and regional issues and expressed satisfaction on steps taken to further strengthen bilateral relations. Prince Muqrin said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are not only brotherly counties but their relationship means much more. “Saudi Arabia is the second home for every Pakistani,” a press release quoted him as saying. The premier expressed gratitude for the hospitality extended during his private visit to Saudi Arabia. At the meeting, he was accompanied by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and Hussain Nawaz.
