KARACHI: The results for the Matric science and general group annual examinations held in April this year will be announced on Friday, said Board of Secondary Education, Karachi (BSEK), examinations controller Noman Ahsan. The BSEK will hold a ceremony in honour of the top three achievers at its conference hall at 10am, he added.
