RAWALPINDI: There was no let-up in target killing in the city, as two more people belonging to Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jamat (ASWJ) were shot dead by unidentified assailants riding on motorcycle on Thursday. According to ASWJ spokesman Hafiz Mazhar Siddiqui, Raja Saif and Muhammad Aslam were returning to their house on a motorcycle when two unknown killers who were also on motorcycle opened indiscriminate firing on them at Biscuit Factory Chowk. Both the victims died on the spot, while the attackers left the scene unchallenged, he added. The bodies were shifted to DHQ by Rescue 1122 for autopsy. Enraged workers gathered in DHQ and staged a protest against law enforcement agencies over their failure in controlling targeted killing in the city.
