This is a must-have dessert on your table this Ramazan.

Tantalise your taste buds with the gooey goodness of melted chocolate and the crunch of walnuts in this palatable pie. It is the perfect way of sweetening your mouth following the usual savoury items at iftar. Cop it sweet with your guests by presenting them with this delish dessert at iftar parties. Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup chocolate chips

1 unbaked eight-inch pie shell

1 cup flour

1 cup butter

Method:

Step one: Preheat your oven to about 325 degrees.

Step two: Melt the butter and let it cool down for a good four to five minutes.

Step three: Beat the eggs well and add sugar and flour to the eggs while whisking thoroughly.

Step four: Add melted butter to the mixture followed by adding walnuts, chocolate chips and vanilla to it.

Step five: Put the mixture in the pie shell and bake it for one hour.

Step six: Serve it warm, and if you are a fan of whipped cream, glaze the delicious Platte County Pie with it.
